However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 100% SATISFACTION MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the cup holder to us and we will refund your entire purchase price (please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded).
Also, please include a short note telling us why you are returning the LugCup as this information is super important in helping us to improve our future products. Finally, please make sure to include the name that was on the original order and to allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be completed.

All items sold are price grade and 100% quality controlled. All WaterRock Products carry a 1 year limited warranty. An even exchange will be awarded for any defects in manufacturing and workmanship. All defective parts must be returned to WaterRock (shipping paid by sender). The provision of this guarantee shall not apply to any product which is used for a purpose for which it is not designed or which has been altered adversely affecting performance and reliability, or which has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident. The only liability WaterRock Products is limited to is the replacement cost of the defective part.

Should you receive damaged or defective merchandise from LugCup not caused by shipping, contact us with a brief explanation of the damage. We will send out a replacement cup holder or piece dependent upon the circumstance in compliance with the provisions of our Limited Warranty.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Just visit Amazon's online Returns Center, and they will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, packaging and shipping configuration. Product received in other than the original packaging may not be resalable, and either no refund will be issued or additional charges will apply. If in doubt, please discuss the situation with us via email. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the contents of the return against damage.
Damage Due to Shipment:
If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage. If there is obvious shipping damage, you may refuse the item and ask the freight carrier to take it back to the originating point. If the package appears even slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. Contact us immediately if there is obvious damage or no later than 10 days if there is hidden damage. Please notify LugCup and arrangements for a new LugCup or replacement parts to be delivered will be made.
We normally ship via UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. Loss or theft after delivery is the responsibility of the receiving party.
Proceeds from Your Return
You can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 10 days), product inspection at the returns facility (up to 3 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
